We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item and we are here to make sure that the processes are as easy and convenient as possible for you.

However, while being a customer first organisation, we are also a sustainable organisation with the aim to reduce the pollution from the Carbon emissions caused due to returns.

We have poured our heart and soul to make the products accessible for the Indian Market at reasonable prices which are being sold for thousands of rupees abroad India.

We at Aries Hub are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange an item. We are here to help make the process as easy and convenient as possible for you.

1. Damaged/Defective Product

While we at Aries Hub are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products, there may be exceptional times where we can fall short of your expectations.

Request you to kindly share the images of the defect or damage part in the product on priority so that we can escalate the same with our team and resolve your query.

2. Wrong product received

If you have received a wrong product, please be assured we are here to resolve your query and send the correct product to you.

Returns Policy

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If the product passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

To expedite your refund, please provide us with your bank account information:

Account number

Account name

IFSC code

Exchange

In case of exchange, we will create a reverse pick up for the product that you have received which will be picked up by a delivery agent in 1-2 working days.

The Delivery agent will dispatch the product to our fulfilment centre and once the product is received in our fulfilment centre it will go through a quality check.

If the product has passed the quality check, we will dispatch a replacement order on priority.

Returns

Please note that in case the product is being returned due to exchange or refund, a shipping charge of INR 200 will be charged after which only the return will be initiated.

Got a Sizing Issue?

We understand that selecting the right size can be challenging, due to which our website features detailed sizing information and product descriptions to help you make an informed choice.

And we understand that everyone has got different body shapes and sizes due to which one size that fits someone may not be a fit to the second person, we recommend that you go ahead with one size down to your regular fit.

Moving forward, we definitely understand that you may have sizing issues, however, we also want to ensure the hygiene of our products and that all of our customers receive new products that are safe and sanitary due to which we do not offer any refunds or exchanges.

We understand that this may be disappointing for you, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however, request you to understand that the product is a sensitive item due to which we have placed a No Refund/ No Exchange Policy.

NOTE:

1. No request (Damaged/ Defective, Wrong item received) shall be entertained without an unboxing video. Also, please note that the Packaging Tape should not already be tempered in the unboxing video.

2. No request will be looked after if you are reaching out after 2 days from the date of delivery.
